We are all Perfect!!!!

Wow, I never knew how hard it would be to keep up with a blog... but my last post says it all. So, its a new year and a time to think about what is ahead or what we would like to be ahead as to set our aspirations for another year. The most important thing is simply to be committed to yourself, to realise that you can't do everything at once, but to set some realistic goals for the year which are staggered throughout the year. So, listen to your mind, listen to your body and do what feels right, don't push yourself into a staggering detox on the 1st January - that's madness!!! OR throw yourself at the gym life you've never done before, because your really have never done before... that is truly the quickest way to injure yourself or cause some serious damage to your precious limbs. Do it all slowly, staggered and ease yourself into the way of life that you want forever, not just for the first month of 2011.

Ok, so easy to say hey, but I have many of those resolutions with some physical, some mental, others for work, personal and of course its all about my life. I have this one and only life on this earth for these precious years which I truly treasure. I want to do the best I possible can for this life I have been given, to do the best for my gracious DNA, my healthy body, my intelligent mind and of course my creative voices whom seem to talk to me more and more often. Remember to listen to your voices as they are the things that your subconcious is trying to remind you of, we are here, waiting for you to make your move to do what is ultimately best for you. You know that feeling when you make a decision and everything falls into place? It could be a man, it could be your work, it could be your family, it could be anything but that feeling is like other, because doors just open before your eyes. It seems as though things are happening so easily because they are and it is no coincidence; its because you made the right decision and that is what life is all about. You have a perfect life, we all have a perfect life and its up to us to continue on that path so you are your own maker. Some of us feel we'll never achieve perfection, but I tell you now that we are all perfect; we were born perfect.

I was in a shop the other day and these girls were chatting to me about the good ole' USA, saying how different states are so different and of course the age old conversation of CA came into play. They said that their opinion of CA is clearly everyone wants to be perfect, the bodies, the golden skin, the overhauls of surgical work.... WOW!!! So, I turned around and said that we are all perfect, each one of us is amazing in how we were conceived and right now, this very moment we are all perfect! The word in itself means to some; so different to what it truly should be and in my eyes perfect is simply believing in who you are, your life, your goals, your health, just simply living life in a way in which you are proud of and getting better at it, growing as a person each and every year, loving each era you are in, enjoying every age bracket and simply experiencing this great life, the earth, the world in which we live in. The greatness of God created is all, for us, to live and experience perfection!

So, think about what it is you desire this year, how can you grow to do more, get more out of life, help others, help the world, develop your being to another level in life and one in which you are truly proud of. I myself have great things ahead, so many things I know want to do that I must get moving. My whole conception of enjoyment has changed so much over the past 5 years and it is now that I truly am beginning to understand what is important to me in life, what I want out of life and a very clear direction on how I want to live my life. I wish all of this for each and every one of you, take your time, enjoy the days, months, years and remember that you are perfect, the world is perfect.... only we can alter this state in each of us and the world, we have ultimate control and can truly make a difference so find a way, find your way and make it happen! Its the best rush you will ever experience and as always love life, love yourself, love the world, just love love love and each day will get better and better!
